HSA Contact Centre

The HSA Contact Centre is a helpdesk resource for employers, employees and members of the public.  The HSA Contact Centre is the primary point of contact for our customers for a range of topics including:

  • Reporting workplace fatalities and serious incidents;
  • Complaints relating to workplaces;
  • Obtaining health and safety information;
  • Notifying the Authority of accidents or incidents through IR1 and IR3 forms, which are available on the Accident and Dangerous Occurrence Reporting page here;
  • Notifying the Authority of construction work through AF2 forms;
  • Ordering health and safety publications.

An emergency service outside of standard office hours is operated. In case of a serious injury/fatality outside of standard business hours (9:00am to 3:00pm), please phone 0818 289 389 where you will be offered a transfer to the Gardaí who will in turn notify a HSA senior inspector.
