Scene 1:
The scene begins showing a patient in a bed. The patient is lying flat on the bed and has a full leg plaster in bed. A carer then arrives into the scene pushing a wheelchair, the wheelchair is positioned beside the bed. The carer then moves to the side of the bed, and assists the patient to use crutches to move out of the bed and to stand upright onto the floor. The patient then hobbles with the crutches a few steps and is guided by the carer into position to allow the patient to sit into the wheelchair.

Scene 3:
The scene starts by showing the patient lying in the bed with a full leg plaster. A carer then arrives into the scene pushing a wheelchair, the wheelchair is positioned beside the bed. The carer lowers the bed automatically, and places a banana board into position, under the patient to allow the patient to slide from the bed onto the wheelchair without the need for the patient to stand upright on the floor.
