The Health and Safety Authority has a wide and varied mandate which includes acting as the national body with responsibility for protecting all workers nationwide from work-related incidents, injuries and ill health. The Authority acts as the national accreditation body for Ireland through INAB.

Grade II Inspector – Organisational Psychology

Reporting into the Senior Inspector on the Behavioural Health and Safety Team, the Grade II Inspector / Organisational Psychologist will play a key role in developing and supporting the Authority’s approach to regulating psychological health at work and the management of work-related psychosocial hazards and risks. Specific areas of responsibility will include research and policy development in relevant occupational health and safety matters as it relates workplace psychological health and psychosocial hazards and risks, including but not limited to work related stress, bullying and behavioural health and safety.

Incremental salary scale: €73,961 - €90,198
