The Health and Safety Authority believes that education is the key to fostering a culture of safety and health which will heighten awareness and keep young people safe and healthy in the home, school, community, and workplace.

The goals and focus of occupational safety and health education varies according to the learner's context.  The occupational safety and health learner journey provides an overview of how these goals evolve based on the learner's age (children, youth, adults) and learning environment (school, college, workplace).
