The Behavioural Health and Safety Team at the Health and Safety Authority invites hosted a free webinar aimed at helping organisations enhance the quality and effectiveness of risk assessments for psychosocial hazards and human factors.

This session covers workplace bullying, violence and aggression, and human factors. The focus is on ensuring that control measures are meaningful and reflect real workplace conditions. Our Guest speakers from both public and private sectors share practical experience of their organisations' risk assessments and how they implemented their controls to proactively manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
