HSA Chemicals Helpdesk

The Health and Safety Authority operates a Chemicals Helpdesk to assist Irish companies with their obligations under various pieces of EU chemicals legislation, particularly REACH and CLP. The Helpdesk also assists non-EU companies with questions they have on EU chemicals legislation.  Please see the helpdesk scope & function for more information. ECHA Helpdesk

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) also operates a Helpdesk for industry questions on a range of EU chemicals legislation, particularly REACH and CLP, that are outside the scope of the national Helpdesk, such as issues related to dossier submissions and scientific IT-tools. However, in general, the national Helpdesk is the first point of contact on REACH and CLP questions. The ECHA helpdesk can be contacted using the web form.
